the ground should be subtracted too, not only the "self-subtracting egg"

first proposal

- black:  solid
- white:  carved out void
- grey:    intersection of the volumes. I'll focus on giving this shape a heavy look, and open it up in a way that its' hollowness will not be readable from outside.
